Our policy lasts 30 days.

THE RETURNS ARE QUICK AND EASY !
You can return the product anytime within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior email communication.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Size doesn't fit correctly or would like to change color or product ??
Gift for somebody and would like get it changed ??

Please email us at wecare@happy-bay.com so that we can help you with exchange/replacement.
If the product you received is defective or damaged we will replace/exchange it.
Please send us an email at wecare@happy-bay.com and send your item back.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However we assure you WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET YOUR PRODUCT TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account / credit card account again.
Usually sometimes credit card companies may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear at your end.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wecare@happy-bay.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail the product back to us.
Please use the cheapest way to send it back, usually USPS charges $ 2.70 to $ 3.5 for a first class with tracking.
We request you to please put a tracking number on it so that it doesn't get lost on the way. If it does there still is a way to track & locate it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order total was more than $79, then you will get free return label.
