Our story begins 42 years ago In 1981 when our founder felt that the
fabrics & products on the market were neither Eco-friendly nor attractive nor comfortable for the skin. Having a passion to develop soft & comfortable fabric and vibrant prints for beachwear , with only one sewing machine, he began to make the fabric, design & the garment, with vivid colors & intricate prints. Founder's thoughtfulness and concept of developing soft-comfortable fabrics & fun-vibrant printed beachwear for people, to his surprise, stuck a chord with the customers & his very first batch of products sold like Hot cakes. Realizing soon that there was a real need in the market for Happy Bay Beachwear products & decided to expand the business which now has spread to multiple countries USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, most of Europe, Singapore, Australia & more !
In this Journey of hard work and passion for creating a High Quality Premium Fashion brand for the customers, more and more of his family members showed a team-spirit and joined the business. With their combined efforts, they started producing more vibrant
beachwear collections every season that kept up with the latest trends.
The expansion of our company became a perfect example of Family values, Love, Caring for all, Trust and Integrity.
From 2 hands working with 1 sewing machines to Now hundreds of hands working with 200 sewing machines, producing more than 25,000 different products and 1000+ unique prints with 12 different kinds of fabrics, this journey took not 1 day not 1 year but 2 Generations of Hard work. Our founder continued to push for innovation in both design and quality of fabrics used to create our signature looks - something that customers continue to appreciate even after all these years.
Fast forward to present day, the company has grown and passed on to the 2nd Generation.
