Q. What are the sizes available in Shirts?

A. The sizes available in Shirts are: XS - S - M - L - XL - XXL - 3XL - 4XL - 5XL - 6XL - 7XL.
 
Q: What is "Likre" fabric?

A: It is a non sheer fabric and is pronounced as "Lie-Kree". Likre is non spandex, a kind of  silk material, anti wrinkle, extremely light weight, soft & the bright colors as compared to with Rayon fabric. Likre is a Cool - Easy Breathe Fabric - great for Hot weather. This fabric is widely sold in European Countries such as Spain, Greece, France, Germany, Great Britain, Mexico, Brazil, Caribbean Islands and in the USA.
Likre fabric doesn't RUN, FADE or SHRINK.

Q: What is "Gossamer" fabric?

A: The Gossamer is a very delicate and a see-through fabric. It is extremely light-weight and semi-sheer thus perfect for Beach Coverups.

Q. How much time do you take to send out the order?

A. For items in stock your order takes 1-2 business days to be processed.

Q. What are the standard shipping times?

A. Standard: 3-7 business days   |   Expedited:  2-3 business days   |   Express: 1- 2 business days

Q. I am in a rush, what do I do?  I need this item by X date?

A. If you are in an absolute rush, it is advisable to buy EXPRESS SHIPPING. Express Shipping Orders are processed in 1 business day & in following 1 business day products are delivered. However, if you have 2-4 days time we would recommend you save money & buy EXPEDITED SHIPPING, thus   saving $10 on each item. Expedited orders are processed in 1 business day & are   delivered in following 3 business days in the USA. We want you to save money & come back to us again to get the best bang for your buck. :-)

Q. How do I know that the product has been shipped?

A. A confirmation email is sent by us to you. When the product is in transit, you could track it on UPS or USPS. We request you to contact your local UPS or USPS for in person pickups, if you have issues like mail theft in the area that your order is being shipped to.

Q. Gift Wrapping or Gift Message?

A. Gift Message is free & we welcome you to use it while making your order.
  Gift wrapping is available at a price less than a cup of coffee !
  It would be an honor for us to pack your gift.

Q. Does the stock run out?

A. Being manufacturer of more than 2300 prints x 10 colorways x 300+ styles of apparel x average 3 - 7 sizes = a huge inventory. , we have more than 100,000 pcs of inventory available. However sometimes it does happen that an extremely popular product is sold out, in such a case you will be duly informed by an email and photos of similar alternates will also be emailed for your kind review by our designer keeping in view your current choice.

Q. Why should I choose the similar alternate ?

A. All orders are compulsorily complied to and you will always get what you ordered as per the item that is described and shown. In rare cases where a popular item has run out of stock and is going to take time to be back in stock, our designer humbly emails you, keeping in mind your current choice, the photos of similar alternates. This will help you get your choice of design, print & color at the earliest also avoiding partial dispatches or refunds.

Q. I ordered the product, it shows delivered, but isn't here yet? What do I do?

A. Once the product is delivered to the address given by you on the order, the responsibility of the seller is over. However this doesn't mean that no assistance will be given to you. We exist only because of customers like YOU.

Q. Does your product FADE ? SHRINK ? RUN ?

A. Most of our products don't Fade, don't Shrink, don't Run. UNLESS they have been specified in the product description. Embroidered Products or Embellished products need Hand Wash, Cool Water in Washing & Cool Iron.

Q. If I need for a party in BULK can you deliver? do you have stock?

A. YES in most of the items we carry huge inventories which can help you organize a theme party.

Q. Could I change my order from Standard to Expedited or Express?

A. Yes you could until it has not already been sent out. Please email us latest by 5 AM because after 5 AM all orders are processed and then there is no way for us to change the shipping service speed and label.

Because we do not store any of your credit card information for security & privacy reasons. Please email us at wecare@happy-bay.com for instructions to initiate payment for the cost difference.

Q. Whats Estimated Delivery Date, Expected Ship Date & Purchase Date?

A. Estimated Delivery Date: the latest date by when your product is expected to be delivered to you (usually promised on the higher side but delivered lot earlier, please check our feedback). Expected Ship Date: the date by when your order is expected to be shipped to you. Purchase Date: date of purchase by you.

Q. Which Shipping carriers are used ?

A. UPS & USPS.

Q. Is there a restocking fee?

A. NO THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE..

Q. Can I rely on product images?

A. Every computer screen shows a slight shade difference or variation if the same image is displayed on two different screens. Even the ambient light in which the color is being viewed makes a difference. Thus there might be a slight variation. Please email us if you are looking a particular shade or color.

Q. Why is my clothing print different from what I saw?

A. Each piece is hand crafted & each piece is slightly different. Each piece is distinctive.

Q: I received wrong item, I would like to return  it.

A: If you feel that you have received wrong product which is not ordered by you, please contact us via email at wecare@happy-bay.com and we will do everything humanely possible to get you, your right product and serve you to your satisfaction.

Q: I ordered a size smaller or bigger ! I should have ordered a different size? What do I do now?

A: No Problem, please contact us by email at wecare@happy-bay.com and we will assist you to select correct size for you. We will guide you as to how you could exchange it for the correct size. If your exchange needs a rush shipping please let us know, we will take due care. :-)

Q: I ordered this gift for somebody, and he/she doesn't like it or he/she doesn't like the fit? What do I do ?

A. No Problem, please contact us by email at wecare@happy-bay.com and we will assist you to select correct color / style for you. We will guide you as to how you could exchange it for the correct size. If your exchange needs a rush shipping please let us know, we will take due care. If you don't have anything particular that you would like to have as an exchange, don't worry, you could either get an confirmation email from us which is a credit note (Store credit) which you can use anytime it does not expire or refund ( Item Price less restocking fees ) would be promptly refunded to you.

Q. When can I expect the money to be back in my account / card ?

A: After we have received your return, inspected it your refund is issued quickly. This money is issued from our account to your bank / card. Payments systems might take 1-6 business days for the money to appear back on your card / account. In case of delay or for queries related to this please email us at wecare@happy-bay.com

Q: I am not located in the USA who pays custom duties or local taxes in my country?

A: The buyer is responsible for any kind of local taxes, duties or custom duties to be paid as per the law of the country where the product has been ordered to be delivered.

Q: Should I buy Insurance?

A: Usually in the USA, thankfully, it is not needed, however recommended if you have thefts taking place from mail boxes in your area / neighborhood.
